Recent analysis suggests that most of the global thresholds for a "safe and just" planet have already been breached. We are now at a crucial juncture. Isabelle Lefort

In 2018, at the initiative of the city of Paris, Isabelle Lefort co-founded Paris Good Fashion with Laure du Pavillon. Paris Good Fashion is an association that federates all fashion actors to accelerate the change of the fashion industry towards a more responsible fashion. PGF brings together more than 100 structures representing more than 60% of the French market. Simultaneously, Isabelle continues her writing activities. With a degree in Literature and Arts and a Master’s degree in Journalism, her experience led her from television to radio, and most notably, to various chief editor positions in the written press (Elle, Air France Madame, Glamour, La Tribune & Moi, We Demain Initiative). In the second part of her career, she felt the need to move from observation to action, to get involved, and to feel useful. This is why she specialized in the issue of gender equality and sustainable development.

Wouter de Groot

Wouter de Groot is VP Sustainability, HSE and External Affairs at FLSmidth—a global leader in providing sustainability solutions to the mining and mineral industries.

He leads the company’s ‘MissionZero’ programme, which aims to enable zero emission mining processes by 2030. Recently, the company introduced the MissionZero Mine—which presents the technology vision for the future flowsheet in copper, lithium and gold processing. Prior to joining FLSmidth, Wouter held leadership positions in the brewing and beverage industry. He previously led the environmental work on a mineral sands titanium mine.

Wouter has a Master’s in Economics and a minor in Hydrology and Industrial Water Resource Management.

Yue Liu

Senior General Manager, Sustainability Office
OMRON Corporation

Liu Yue holds multiple key roles at OMRON, including Senior General Manager, Chief of the Sustainability Office, and Chairman of the Sustainability Promotion Committee. Her primary responsibility is to advance sustainability within the Omron Group, with a particular focus on environmental and human rights initiatives across the value chain. Since 2021, she has been dedicated to crafting sustainability policies as part of OMRON’s long-term vision for 2030, titled Sharping the Future 2030, and integrating sustainability into the medium-term management plan to reshape business operations.

In addition to her roles at OMRON, Liu Yue is actively involved in various external initiatives and committees, including:

Membership in Nippon Keidanren’s ESG Information Disclosure International Strategy Task Force, as well as the Corporate Behavior/SDGs Committee.
Participation as a member in the Council for the Improvement of Corporate Citizenship (CBCC).
Involvement in the GCNJ/DEI subcommittee.
